Winchester Public Schools (WPS) has adopted ParentSquare as our district’s unified communications tool. Enrolled WPS families will receive school communications through their choice of email, text, phone or app notifications.

Accounts for each parent or guardian are automatically generated based on your student’s registration preferences. WPS encourages families to access their accounts in ParentSquare and download the mobile app to update their preferences on when and how they are notified.

ParentSquare FAQ’s

 

  • You can click on "Forgot Password?" on the sign-in screen and a link to reset your password will be sent to your enrolled email address.

  • On a browser, click on your name to update your language preferences. On the app go to Account > Preferences from the menu.

  • Please contact WPS through our Family Helpdesk (link), select ParentSquare, and ask for your contact information to be updated. After the school updates the information, the new contact details will be in ParentSquare the next day.

  • On the ParentSquare website (once logged in) you can access the school directory on the left navigation bar under the “Explore” menu

  • To add a student or school, you should contact the WPS Registrar at registrar@winchesterps.org directly to update your contact information. You should confirm that the same email and phone number is on file for all children at all schools. The day after the change is made at the school, you should be able to see the updated information in ParentSquare.

  • Click the “Unsubscribe” link on your email from ParentSquare or reply STOP to the SMS from ParentSquare to stop notifications to your email or phone.

    Additionally, you can contact the WPS Central Office to remove you from ParentSquare.
